Each Local Authority working within the Every Home Counts partnership has officers who are experienced in dealing with empty homes. Each Local Authority is able to provide advice and assistance to owners of empty properties relating to the selling, letting, buying of their properties, as well as providing a mechanism for local residents to highlight any properties for their attention which they may believe are empty.
All advice given is free and independent. Whilst the Every Home Counts website will provide up-to-date relevant information, you may also wish to contact the Local Authority where the empty property is located for further information and advice.
